Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

 We strive to provide excellent customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

  1. First and Only Order:  If this is your first and only order of Fairy Sheets, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy to ensure your experience is completely risk-free. Single Box Orders: You are eligible for a full refund on your first purchase, regardless of the reason, and you are not required to return the item.

  2. Bundle Orders: If you purchased a bundle and aren't satisfied, we will still provide a full refund. However, we require that you return all unused/unopened boxes to us. You are welcome to keep the opened box you tried!

  3. Orders Placed More Than Twice: If you have placed more than two orders of Fairy Sheets with us, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchases before committing to additional orders.

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact our Customer Support: If you have any issues with your first and only order of Fairy Sheets, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your product. You can reach us by email us at farrah@fairysheets.com. Please provide your order number and any relevant information to help us assist you promptly.

  2. Refund Processing: Once our Customer Support team verifies that this is your first and only order of Fairy Sheets, we will initiate the refund process. You can expect to receive a full refund within 10 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions to Refunds:

Please note that the following circumstances may affect your eligibility for a refund:

a. Multiple Orders: If you have placed more than two orders of Fairy Sheets with us, you are not eligible for a refund under this policy.

b. Non-Applicable Items: Our return policy only applies to Fairy Sheets. Other products may have their own return policies, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

c. Promotional or Final Sale Items: Fairy Sheets purchased during promotional events or marked as "final sale" are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

d. Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect any fraudulent activity or abuse of our return policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
